When a scenario is saved, several parameters for the scenario may also be saved.  When loading a scenario to play, these values are displayed but may not be changed.

Description - A text description may be attached to the scenario.

Exploration Rules - The exploration rules may be normal, view terrain, or view terrain and units.

Unit Types - Production of unit types may be permitted or prohibited in any scenario.  Check those units you wish to permit.
